THE ARTISTS - THE BIOS
Since graduating from the Royal Conservatoire Lucy auditioned for TV talent show, Britain's Got Talent, where she became one of the top 2 finalists and was immediately snapped up by Record Label Sony Classical. Her debut album 'Fantasia' went straight to Number 1 in the Classical album charts, Number 18 in the UK top 40 and record of the week on Classic FM.
Lucy has performed in front of Prince Andrew, Sarah Ferguson and her daughters along with a long list of A-listers at a private dinner held at Windsor Castle, in aid of Children in Crisis and recorded Flower of Scotland with the band of Her Majesty’s Royal Marines to celebrate the 350th anniversary of the Royal Navy. Lucy appeared as a guest on a UK Arena Tour with one of the most iconic and influential performers of Classical Crossover music, Andrea Bocelli and was personally invited by Samuel L. Jackson to perform at his charity event 'One for the Boys’.
Lucy made her Musical Theatre debut in Bill Kenwright's UK touring production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat in 2016 as the Narrator and reprised the role in 2017. This year Lucy made her West End Debut in the new hit opera show and world premiere of TriOperas arranged and directed by Pamela Tan-Nicholson. Lucy’s forthcoming album ‘Dark Angel’ explores different genres of music from rock to pop, still keeping the classical side very much alive.
Olivia is a 16 year-old student with a growing passion for musical theatre and the arts. From a young age, she always loved putting on living room recitals and performing for her friends and family. She has been pursuing musical theatre from the age of 6. Olivia started by attending a small theatre class and she has stuck with it ever since.
When she is not exploring opportunities amongst the community, Olivia enjoys participating in her school’s choir, acting class, dance club and musical theatre program. Last year Olivia took part in the Parkland Dance Showcase where she performed five dances of many different genres. Four groups (Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Tap, and Jazz), and one duet (Contemporary). She has also performed numerous times and is a loyal member of the Parkland Choir. Her recent credits include; Willy Wonka (Veruca Salt), Once More, With Feeling an Unlicensed Parody (Dawn Summers), Grinched the Panto! (Grace Who), and Crazy For You (Irene Roth).
Olivia follows her dreams, and as she continues her theatre career down this road, she will never forget her roots in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia
Ron has been singing solos, duets, and ensembles since the age of 7 with performances throughout the US, Canada and parts Europe. Although versed in a wide range of musical styles Ron first found his passion as a solo Gospel artist, along with being part of a Gospel quartet for more than 15 years. Over the early years of his career Ron record 4 albums, one of which was recorded in Nashville, and had the esteemed pleasure of performing at the iconic Grand Ole Opry.
While living and working in Peterborough, Ontario Mr. Caissie had the wonderful opportunity to perform in several musicals and plays. Some of his most notable credits include “The Mikado”, “State Fair”, “Honk”, “A Christmas Story”, “Le Cage”, “No Sex Please We’re British” and “Rumors”.
Unfortunately, due to life and work, Ron found himself stepping away from the performing arts before he and his husband made the decision to move to the west coast. Upon arriving in 2017, Ron once again found his passion for the performing arts where his has gone on to part of several local productions including “Messiah” with the Vancouver Island Performers Guild, “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” and “Matilda” with Four Seasons Musical Theatre and “Rent” and “Shrek” with the Victoria Operatic Society. Most recently Ron was cast in the production of "Catch Me If You Can" with VOS however, the show was unfortunately postponed due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
Ron and his husband have found their forever home in Victoria and enjoy spending their time in tending to their dog Mason, cat Maude, Chickens (Lidia, Rachel, Ree, Phyllis, Edna, Pearl, Ginger, Motormouth Mabel, Eunice and Beatrice) and their back yard of gardens. or the Boys’.
Pablo Diemecke is one of Canada’s finest virtuoso violinists. He appears as a soloist around the world, and has completed 20 years of service as concertmaster of the Victoria Symphony.
Mr. Diemecke showed remarkable talent at an early age. He made his first public appearance at age 10, and his childhood quartet toured the US and Mexico several times. At age 17 he made his first solo appearance with an orchestra, playing the Saint-Saëns Violin Concerto #3. He studied with Henryk Szeryng and his assistant Enrique Espin Yepez in Mexico City, receiving honours at his graduation recital. He went on to study with Robert Gerle in Washington, D.C., and Daniel Majeske in Cleveland.
Mr. Diemecke has developed an enormous repertoire of important works, featuring not only all of the major concerti and standard works for violin, but also a large number of fascinating Latin American concertos by composers such as Manuel Ponce, Carlos Chavez, Lavalle, Rodrigo, Bustos and others.Two of these Latin American concertos were premiered and dedicated to Pablo Diemecke.
Mr. Diemecke toured the Mediterranean, Europe, the British Isles, Iceland, Ireland, Greenland and Norway in 2007, playing a series of string quartet concerts in the Grand Princess Cruises’ Princess Theater, and in 2008, toured with together with the Artenostra Quartet. Mr. Diemecke participated in the opening concert of a Mozart Festival in Florida (USA).
